Seats are free. The agent is metered.

Every plan carries the whole product and every operator you hire. What you pay for is how much work the agent does: the visitors it reads and the changes it writes.

What a credit buys

1credit

A visitor read and decided on

Charged at most once per visitor per day, however many pages they open. A visitor the agent decides to leave alone costs the same one credit, because reading them is the work.

25credits

A change proposed

One bounded ChangeSet written with its hypothesis, its evidence, its expected outcome and a sandbox preview. Approving, deploying, promoting or rolling it back costs nothing.

2credits

An AI reply in chat

One message the AI chat agent sent to a visitor. A reply from a person on your team is free.

Free, on every plan, forever

  • ✓Tracking every visitor and pageview
  • ✓The live visitor board
  • ✓Chat handled by a person
  • ✓Approvals, deploys, promotions and rollbacks
  • ✓Reports and exports
  • ✓Every operator seat you add

The meter sits at the top of every agent screen, with what you have left, what the period resets on, and where the credits went by kind. There is no overage charge and no surprise invoice: when the pot is empty the agent stops, and it says so in the same place.

The billing screen: agent credits left, the spend this period by kind, what a credit buys, and the two paid plans priced in rupees
Billing in the demo workspace. The rate card sits next to the meter, because a limit you find out about after it bites is a bad limit.

Questions about the money

What is a credit?

One unit of agent work. 1 credit is one visitor read and decided on, at most once per visitor per day. 25 credits is one proposed change. Everything else in IntellQ costs nothing.

What happens when the credits run out?

The agent stops deciding and live changes stop being served, so your website goes back to exactly what it says without IntellQ. Tracking, the live board and reports keep working. Nothing is deleted, no change is lost, and it picks up again when the period resets or you move up a plan.

How many visitors is 10,000 credits?

Up to 10,000 visitors a month if each one visits on a single day, minus 25 for each change the agent proposes. A visitor who comes back on three different days is three credits, not one, because the agent read them three times.

Really unlimited seats?

Yes, on every plan including Free. Nothing in IntellQ counts operators for billing. Per seat pricing is why small teams share one login, and a shared login makes every number on the reports page wrong.

Is the free plan a trial or a plan?

It is 7 days with 5,000 credits and no card. At the end of it the console keeps working for the workspace owner and the agent stops until you pick a plan. Nothing is deleted while your data is inside its retention window.

Why is the rupee price different every time I look?

Because it is the dollar price converted at the live rate rather than a second price list. The rate is fetched from two independent providers, cached for six hours, and the one used is stored on your payment so a charge can always be explained.

How do I actually pay?

Cashfree if the workspace is in India, which covers Indian cards, UPI, net banking and wallets. PayPal everywhere else. You do not pick: an Indian card on a dollar checkout gets declined often enough that offering the choice would mostly be offering people a way to fail.

Can I change plan in the middle of a month?

Yes. Moving up gives you the larger pot immediately for the rest of the period. Moving down takes effect at the next renewal, so you keep what you have already paid for.

How does this relate to Apavin?

IntellQ is a sub product of Apavin and stands alone. If you want identified website visitors in the same thread as that customer's WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and email, attach the workspace to Apavin and it is billed on your Apavin plan instead of this one, with the Pro credit allowance.
